A little introduction that I spent 2 hours writing. Feel free to read the whole thing. It's kinda long though.

To Tammy, today was another ordinary, normal day.
The bus that she used to ride to her job every day chirped out the name of the street where her office was located.
Almost instinctually, she gathered her belongings and began walking off of the bus, after all, she had been through this routine so many times, it had almost become second nature.
As her shoes hit the familiar stone tiles of the bus stop’s floor. She turned to the left and began her daily 1 kilometer walk to the office building.
What was she going to think about this time to occupy her throughout the mind-numbing trek.
After all, she had left her headphones at her apartment block, so listening to music was a no-go, and walking while texting on her phone was bound to end up with her slamming her head into a lamppost eventually.
However, as that thought left her mind, she felt something odd in the air.
Looking frantically by the sudden, odd change, her eyes darted to the floor, as what seemed to be a small swirling tornado of some odd white particles stood in front of her.

How odd.

Taking a closer look, the particles looked more and more like salt granules.
And what she took even more time to process was that they were slowly gathering up. More and more and more salt crystals began being dragged into the tornado.
It began growing so large in such a small amount of time that other passerby began to scream and run from the commotion.
However, Tammy stayed and looked, as she picked up on one final thing:

It seemed to be forming something.

The salt began creating what seemed to be a humanoid shape. What seemed to be a person similar to herself. Brown Hair. Glasses. That odd Fez that her coworker always made fun of her for insisting on wearing.
The seemingly Androgynous figure stepped out of the tornado.

“Wh-Who are you?!”

Tammy sheepishly asked the figure.

“It’s none of your business, and even if it was, it’s not like you’ll be here long enough for me to explain.”

“W-wh-what?!”

The figure lunged at her, and gripped her by the head fiercely before lifting her up in the air. The figure proceeded to quickly turn it’s arm into a mass of grey, brown and navy squares, almost as if everything around it began to corrupt, and before Tammy could process what was happening to her, everything around her slowly faded to nothing.

In the last moments of their life, fighting against the user of the powerful Aether Lightning curse, overpowering them completely, Tavish A. Indie Turvingham Corner the 4th had awakened their curse, something they were anticipating since they had first chosen this one as their own.
It was a simple curse, almost identical to another one, that being sand.
However, why they would want to choose this one was rather confusing to those who know them.
TAITC was remarkably knowledgeable about curses, and said knowledge would later aid them in defeating a notably strong Curse user, Maplestorm, and would previously drive them to create their own.
The Roulette Curse. A power so unstable and full of possibility that only a madman would bother making it. A personal passion project based off of an absurd power from a Dungeons and Dragons game.
Reason they didn’t bother using it was for that point exactly. It was too hard to use reliably. And as such, they set their hands on something else.
The conversion of the Roulette Curse into the Essence of A Million Magics wasn’t intended, however the destruction of the universe was part of a plan to obtain ultimate power, and the envy that came from simply granting that much power to someone other than themself, something that powerful that THEY had created, enraged TAITC.

But if they wanted to become so powerful, why wield the Salt Curse?
To be fair, TAITC did not know either outside of it’s apparent potential.

Potential that was currently paying off.

This potential had allowed him to not only cheat death, but also, traverse a new timeline and now, switch bodies with someone else.
And this newfound power was seemingly warping the world around them.
This power was amazing…
it was overpowering…
it was… euphoric.
Surfaces, object, and even the air around them began to “glitch” and act unnaturally, in ways they usually wouldn’t.
Objects phased into one another, into walls, and into surfaces. TAITC, now possessing the body of their own Gender-swapped alternative universe self, held a hand towards the direction of a nearby cardboard box, ‘clipping’ into the floor, and swung their hand sideways, as it rocketed off at 10x the speed of terminal velocity into the direction they moved their hand.
TAITC chuckled to themselves. What a ridiculous power.
They then set their eyes on someone passed out from the commotion. A middle aged, feeble man. Holding their hand towards the unconscious body, they exerted power onto it. Surrounding the man with a series of Zeroes and Ones, as his face and limbs began to warp to unnatural propertions. And suddenly, he evaporated into a black puddle with several binary numbers surrounding it. TAITC walked into it and absorbed the puddle, and felt even stronger than they were before. TAITC began to cackle.

“This power! It’s absurd! It’s exactly what I need!”

TAITC rummaged in Tammy’s pockets, pulling out her phone. To their surprise, it was exactly the same as their own phone, from their previous, destroyed universe. Down to the password.
Much to their surprise, upon opening Safari, the first thing that they see is an invitation to “Prometheus’ Arena”.

Prometheus. That old fuck. Should’ve known he’d do something stupid like this. TAITC began to laugh even more. After all, his dimension hopping ability would prove handy in somehow recovering the Essence.

“Prometheus, you son of a bitch! It’s a date! I’ll finally claim back what was taken from me after I entrusted my creation to that fucking flip-flop! I WILL TAKE BACK WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE!”

Ripping a street lamp from it’s stand, they turned it into a sword engraved with Binary before surrounding themselves in glitchy textures as TAITC, inside of Tammy’s body, disappeared without a trace.

“…As for Headless, that pesky Inferno Curse user and that fucking Mocassin… Well, I’ll deal with them later… I’ll use this as… A warm-up round.”

Name: Tammy A. Indie Turvingham Corner the 4th (TAITC: Alternative Universe)

Curse: The Salt Curse The Glitch Curse, an absurdly powerful curse with nearly limitless potential that can warp reality by distorting it in a way similar to glitches in a video game with a remarkable and terrifying amount of control. As a reference point, it affects the user very similarly to the Improbability Drive from Madness Combat with a few extra abilities, as well as partially disfiguring the user, turning most of their body into broken textures and glitching particles.
Currently known abilities include:

• The usage of Glitch Energy, a very powerful form of energy that can be wielded by the user of the curse. Can be shot out similarly to other magics through blasts, beams and explosions. Very corrosive and can turn opponents into nothing but useless binary code within a matter of seconds. Victims under glitch energy can have their attributes and powers supressed or every permanently altered by the wielder of Glitch Energy.
• High-Level Reality Warping, as shown by how everywhere the user goes, everything is affected and can be exploited by their glitch powers. Can affect not only matter, but also space, time and even concepts. Having such power that they’re able to erase things in it’s entirety.
• The ability to create domains known as “Minus Worlds” where they have full control.
• Opponents killed by the user will be turned into black binary sludge, which the user can absorb and become stronger with. Using this sludge, they can also recreate their opponents’ attacks (different to absorption as all attacks obtained will use binary energy)

Weapon: The Binary Sword, from Madness Combat (yup that’s the full name)

A weapon that TAITC can exert their Glitch Powers from. Exudes glitch energy constantly and can cleave through surfaces like nothing, rotting them away with binary energy. Can shoot out laser sword slices.

(TL:DR: I’m playing as myself. Again. I have what’s essentially Gear 5 but instead of Toon Force it’s like Video Game Glitches and Video Game Cheats. Also Madness Combat lol, don’t worry I was a fan before fnf)

Prometheus when a random Curse maniac makes multiple curses he was completely unaware of, letting a headless horseman who can travel between universes exploit it to his advantage:

Oh god the intentions of each character rn is insane.

Prometheus, who thinks they’re winning, creating hundreds more curses to strengthen their power.

Headless, who thinks they’re winning, exploiting literally anything to stop Prometheus, including their manipulation of fate and universes.

TAITC, who thinks they’re winning, completely wanting to exert their revenge against all those who wronged them and exploiting the mistakes of Headless and Prometheus to gain power.

I sure hope nobody else shows up.

Ah you can compete. There’s a lot of lore I’m beginning to plan but all I can say at the moment is go whatever curse you want. Just nothing overpowered. I’ll let only TAITC have such a powerful curse however as I’m sure that with such power comes even greater downsides.

Also if people don’t understand this isn’t the AU this is just real life without vetex ever choosing to be a game developer, with Headless and Prometheus just deciding to pay the world a visit. I can’t say they’re the only ones who’ve arrived here though.
