just gotta remember to make sure not to overdo it
a few years ago i had a good streak of waking up at 6 am for runs for a good 3+? months but one injury made me not be able to run for about a week and i havent kept up that kind of routine since
(mainly cuz of shit sleep schedule lol)
consistency is honestly the hardest part of fitness
its like building a tower that crumbles at the slightest touch (another example: working out for a week consecutively, feeling excited each day and then resting from muscle strain, and when its healed the consistent motivation is gone & u just dont wanna go at all)
anyways does anyone here go hiking semi-often? what are good exercises for lower body endurance, and warm ups/stretches besides obvious ones like hamstring stretches

Basically the idea is that the more you go do something (e.g. an hour or two at the gym more than 4 times a week), the more you get used to it and do it consistently, which also avoids burnout iirc.

Another very important aspect that I know you people avoid is sleep. Get your 8 hours of sleep, it’s basically your brain developing itself slowly while you rest, you’ll feel better for it instead of checking notifications and doomscrolling

In theory it should help you build muscles because iirc it boosts muscle growth
fr i’m contemplating taking testosterone but i’d need financial independence first since i assume my parents won’t support me

Females can still build muscle, it takes patience and time but you’ll feel great for it, never let your genes decide your fate for you
