your split doesnt matter as much as you think it does.
6 days can be too hard to recover from
5 days is a sweet spot
4 days is fine but progress isnt optimal (if you stick with it you WILL eventually care about whether things are optimal or not)
if you’re looking for specific movements and splits in general im also down to share! but thats a lot so ill hold off for now
the hardest thing about weight lifting isnt actually lifting but eating. track calories and protein but its fine to be a bit loose about it and not obsess over your macros
Hello everyone, I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis since late January and is still suffering from one. Is there any suggestion for a cardio or exercise that won’t use my foot intensively?
Handstands, pullups, hangs, off the top of my head. Ill read into the condition more and get you some other stuff. Granted, you should do research yourself in addedum.
Edit: yeah just get really soft and comfortable shoes, stretch often, take it easy (avoid using legs in the majority of exercize). As far as things to do, try doing a 20s plank and see if there is any pain from that. Do figure 4 stretches, v-ups, and a few rush & twists.
lower back, not really intense it’s just enough to a point where I’m fairly uncomfortable though, might’ve been due to me having shit posture over the years but I’m trying to improve that.
2kg (4.4 pounds) Hammer curls, regular bicep curls and lifting them over my shoulders
dont hype up weight/fat loss for yourself to the point where you think its a crazy important thing you gotta do everyday. what makes it work is that it becomes boring routine
dont skip meals or else thats how you sabotage yourself and end up backtracking, so try not to speed up the process to be as fast as can be or else it will SUCK BAD!!
i went from a big baby chud to a tiny looking individual (im short as balls so fat just made me look like an actual puffy dwarf-thing) in just going down a good 50 pounds taking a year
