How about you can make it where she can’t really do anything for herself until she meets this guy while in danger. Then as time progresses, the guy teaches her everything to defend herself and then she starts to actually know how to fight.

get the strenth to near 6 or 7 because she will get too confident then try to attack a rlly strong villain to save someone but instead, one of her friend died saving her. Thus, giving her trauma

I guess make them a lightweight fighter because we’re going off a white mage/medic and they’re squishy as hell. However this would mean shit at physical stuff when it comes to range and fist fighting, in exchange for being more agile. Should be intresting.
