It was said by Metapoly that the change to Regeneration might be reverted in a future, because the actual culprit is Agility which will be replaced
bc its literally a non issue, and even if it was there are multiple nerfs that they can do
it is strange to use a weapon when you can’t use it, i don’t think that’s intended, actually nerfing the stats of shields would change their viability and make them less good to use when you can use them

Are you mistaken? The weapon quite literally is unchanged EXCEPT for on classes that aren’t even suppose to be using them at their level, as seen by the fact they cant even use the first skill on the weapon.
I’m not even going to bother adressing any of the other ramble points you said aswell, since there’s no point. Once savants actually unlock the first skill on the shield, they’ll be able to use it, and that goes for all other classes too.

I don’t agree with a full merger because I believe the balancecord has developed into its own subcommunity and destroying a subcommunity would be unhealthy.
I do agree with a partial merge though, having a balance channel put into the main server and having the announcements about changes being funneled into the main Discord as well. The balancecord would still exist for the people who desire to be there.
Ideally you would just have these people coexist to begin with but I don’t want Vetex’s Games Discord to become the next Austria-Hungary.

Actually, better question: Is there even a decent way to make shields worth a damn without making them overpowered?
Maybe shield skills could still be used at zero durability, just with no block bonus while the weapon is broken and maaaybe a damage decrease? A flat durability buff to all shields would be nice, but I’d be a bit worried about how much power it’d give them.
