Itās hard to tell considering itās not released and only has a few instances in the dark sea, but if I could guess based on the lightning bolts in it, it could have extra pulses on hit for damage by default making it a heavy hitter for the cost of being slower(?)
This is entirely speculative though, itās whatever vetex decides in the end (besides we arenāt going to know for sure for a good while anyway)

Soaring eagle is super op said like no one except the balance team.
Like yeah all these meta players are running, soaring eagle on warrior, something that already had its awakening nerfed to be basically conjurer but without the magic.
Snare too, yeah super op!
Clearly the balance team is overlooking the REAL issue that is thermofist

remove soaring eagle startup and endlag but make it do no damage

and since all bteam members participate in super skilled combat they think its op

Basically thermo has a significantly higher skill cieling, so they are repeatedly nerfing it because itās better at high levels, but this continuously raises its skill floor to the point itās literally unusable unless youāve been running it since release on berserker.
in other words: unless youāre good with it, itās ass

Thermo is one of those things that I am never killed by, Iām convinced there is just one dude on the balance team who is cracked with beserker doing 1v1s in elysium and no one really likes them and everyone on the bteam is really kinda just passive aggressive to him because heās annoying but not annoying enough to kick off the team so they just nerf thermo

And are using it on like 2 specific builds, on all other ones itās useless (my thermo jugg is coping)

Soaring eagle is like cannon but itās actually supposed to hit twice and it has a bird in its visuals and thatās kinda cool
if you think 0 attspeed ileg jugg is mid, you need to try it.
