In this case, they actually are both connected lol. But the wording is important, since Vetex said that theyâre derivatives of Chaos, most likely meaning whoever created them was probably trying to imitate its destructive power
That said idk where the duality between Creation and Chaos stuff came from for Death magic. I mean I guess Life magic mightâve been an attempt to imitate Creation as opposed to Death imitating Chaos but its power also comes from the energies of Chaos sooooâŚ

Iâd honestly would like to object here, beucause ANY magic can heal. Im 99% sure will get healing spell, and each magic will have different multipliers similar to resistance aura. Its just that Healing and Life magics (yes, there are 2) most likely will have the highest affinities.
Tbf spirit energy, which is the product of Creation, is called the force of life on the lore doc. So even though all magics have the capacity to heal, Life magic having the highest affinity for healing could still be the result of trying to imitate Creation/spirit energy - the same way Apocalypse Bringer is one of the most destructive magics (despite all magics having the capacity to destroy) due to it being an attempt to imitate Chaos
BUT spirit energy doesnât increase your lifespan anymore nor does it even seem to affect your health after the recent changes (somebody correct me if Iâm wrong, I havenât been keeping track). And while weâve only seen 5 spirit weapon abilities, none of them seem have healing abilities, so I could still be wrong in my interpretation of what âforce of lifeâ means
