balance changes really have a way to get people talking.
The shield change was extremely reasonable lmao, the only people who are crying about it are people who abused it on savant (where they couldnāt use a single move on it to begin with)

Harming elixers were not touched, only DoT potions (with the exception of scorched)
i fought some tryharding shadow/red poison mage with a ravenna war shield, this change is good

You sure it was a Mage? Last time I checked, you needed to use a Weapons build for shields to take effect. I tested it myself on my own Mage; it didnāt work.
It gets even worse with savants using RWS and boxing, gaining nearly 70-80% base blocking power (parries are 90% on base)

Iirc its also a fallacy in itself to point at an argument with a fallacy and deny it off of that. (Iām gonna look it up rq to see if thatās true.)
The unfortunate reality with balance changes are that 90% of the people who see them, donāt actually understand the changes, or are angry because it nerfs things they actively abused/abuse.
Ideally, the link to the balance trello could be added onto the trello with the balance changes, but thatās a question for vetex
