This can now be found in-game. Check the roofs of the buildings in Assembly—it’s the point with the small tower and two buildings with strange racks inside.
Characters from Globelore II, in the 6th Royal Dragoons. Only one is mine, rest belong to friends and acquaintances.
The last two never mentioned their character’s last names, so I assumed they didn’t have one. Thus, they follow the old practice of having the last name of “from [place]”.
