No need to burn yourself out, but you could draw things and people that you see outside of this digital space or even copy others’ work (copy, not trace).
For the former, you could sit at a café on your time off and draw other customers or passersby.

Although I must say, I’m surprised by how many people like Firebrand. Guess people really were getting tired of having to deal with Ice Dagger users.

Wanted to try drawing something without a pose/anatomy reference. Whadda think? Any glaring anatomy flaws?

Take these with a grain of salt as I haven’t practised my perception lately.
On the left
The left hand is merged with the thin forearm;
The left shoulder is dislocated;
The width of the upper torso is enormous;
The left hoof is angled appropriately;
Both knees are angled in an odd way;
The obliques are melting;
The in-between of the legs may be too pronounced;
The abs aren’t following the torso.
On the right
The right foot is non-euclidean;
The body isn’t following the movement of the right hip’s joint;
The left leg is bent as if it wasn’t fiber;
The left foot is extremely long;
The back of the left shoulder is too pronounced;
The ribcage may be too strong;
The left hand’s palm is offset unnaturally;
The right wings is bent unnaturally and isn’t the same as the left wing;
The right arm may be too thin when compared to the left.
On both sides
It is not dame Caesennia.
Unless your body proportions aren’t ‘fit’ to serve as an example, you should study human anatomy by beginning with your own.

I thank you for your observations and will make note of them for the future. As for beginning with anatomy, I usually do practice with photo references—this was just a test to see how I could perform without them.
