I believe we could make his modeler do the job for modeling a similar hand to 2.0 that would fit different Roblox packages.
If his modeler can model capes, pauldron, flower, and tits. Then a hand is possible

Like @justklm was saying, it would definitely be a LOT more reasonable to just replace cases of Robloxian 2.0 with the arms from the ROBLOX Boy package. Even though it’s not as good as the opposite it’d still be a big improvement methinks (consistency > all).

the devs bothered to remodel a buncha things like pauldrons and calvus’ crown(?), i don’t see why they shouldn’t do the same with something that looks out of place
also “highly dev-time inefficient” my ass. the modeller could just go into blender in edit mode, select the old ugly hands with L, delete them, do some cleaning up, and paste newer nicer-looking hands, and repeat the process with the other arms
at the very least it would make a more noticeable impact than tanning or some balancing change nobody cares about
