Writer’s Notes:
it’s me again, your local human.
i’ve just gotten into making haikus recently and I thought “wait I could do more wacky shit with haikus, let’s fucking go”
and this idea of writing haikus for each aa magics came around the same time I was planning out durza drabbles yesterday
I don’t really have any main themes for this batch aside from “write what comes to my mind when I read about each magic”
so yeah
also, I wrote this in one go in the order, just saying in case you might sense the change in each haikus
FIRE
The flame lits its earth
And burns it down, to nothing
Destruction consumes
WATER
Oceans, all around
Countless souls, crushed by waters
May the waves consume
LIGHTNING
Striking through the sky
Downwards on your fragile shell
The corpse’s cries echoed
WIND
Raging tornadoes
Ravaging through the islands
Rip your soul apart
EARTH
The earth awakens
The soil quakes, the rocks pierce
Right into your skull
LIGHT
In this dark, there’s light
A blinding hope in this black
Vision melts away
SHADOW
Kill off all the lights
Along the earth, shadows creep
Consuming the hope
