So the Halloween event has been present for many time now and I did the event on my main file and got the headless horseman head. I did the event on my second file and did not get the headless horseman head, so I am asking is the item restricted to 1 per player?
Delete the badge from your roblox inventory then get any halloween item

Yeah once you get an halloween item, you will get the badge and the head again.
