You have to be mentally deranged thinking 1/12 is okay for every half hour (or even an hour) + 15 mins of sailing for an island 
That rarity is NOT okay, you canāt judge that rarity in a vacuum when itās in a game
you are doing something wrong if it takes this long to find islands
