how do you guys see pvp? i personally enjoy pvp, but i cant blame people that dont, bc there rlly is no personality on anything
for example, builds, best one are high defense, high power and maybe 100 or more atk size, that kinda it, it rlly just bodies every other build, assuming both have equal skill, i think the 1.14 (dark sea) formula was the best formula, sure the only valiable stat for pvp were size and atk speed, but i rlly feel like every stat would benefit for that formula to the point where is viable, but as far, agil is annoying but rlly doesnt help u more than deciding when the fight ends/starts, atk speed sucks since at 200 you only get 24% more speed, intensity isnt worth enough to be mainly run, AP and resistance sucks (especially resistance, just bc people are dumb and atk u during the end of a charge doesnt mean that resistance is good meta), the only viable stat is atk size, which scales better than the stat that forces you to aim to deal dmg
i got people being disappointed that resistance no longer affects blocking or that their dagger get deleted by wind or even people that cant combo people after a self synergy or grab (while i hated that self synergy thing, i gotta admit that it added some personality), these are casual players, they dont play the game bc its balanced for pvp, they play it for fun, but if the fun is sacrificed for balancing, then pvp will also not be fun anymore, at this point can you rlly pvp for the reason to have fun? i guess ya but can you even point what makes it fun? i guess not, which that is a big issue, honestly i hope bteam will undo most changes that took from the personalities of abilities/stats, even if the game is a bit less balance, its atleast gonna be fun, so who cares?
To this day I do not understand how you say that without even the slightest morsel of shame. I wouldnāt even cal that PVP.
Anyways, what I want is more player choice in how their build works. A more traditional skill tree system wouldāve worked wonders, as the current system is more or less just spamming either fast or large moves while jumping above your opponent.
The attack speed scaling formula in-game is broken, resort to using the gear builder to see the true % .
Anyway, PvP is just toxic and unbalanced in this game. Itās enjoyable as long as youāre not fighting any meatheads or having insane lag or anything alike.
I only PvP in my Elysium servers meaning I can kick anyone I want and fight in a non laggy environment so I donāt really encounter the issue of lag or toxic inviduals anymore but yeah.
I usually hate most types of ācompetitiveā PvP, specially games like Valorant and League of Legends for uhh personal issues.
The only ārealā PvP I did was in my Elysium with 8 friends, never with randoms, when it comes to open world PvPā¦ well, a ESC + L + Enter works just fine (thank you for making me used to this Rogue Lineage)
I used to be one of those āpvpheadsā a few years ago when I was a teenager because I wanted to feel āacceptedā in another group of ex-friends and oh boy it was terrible, I prob made alot of ppl have a bad day on some other games
I genuinely dislike it, Itās unique but goodness at some point I donāt feel like Iām a mage using magic, it feels like Iām using an overglorified laser gun due to all the projectiles but maybe thatās just my problem personally.
It is, however, the most enjoyable thing to do in the game right now which is why I havenāt touched it in awhile. I used to have a passion for it, but now it just feels bad.

90% of my pvp experience is with gankers/spawnkillers
there was only once time when i did enjoy pvp, but that was because the opponent was ābeatableā in my eyes
either someone is low level, or overpowered, or somehow both
I donāt care about (false, I care when it changes how pve would which is probably every change but I dunno anything about pvp so this opinion is probably extremely stinky)
