try using a 4 multi magic blast then, it’s the highest damage while still making them all go in a straight line
Sure, but most of the time the go under my stern then I kill them off with Ash clouds lol

This is a stupid question, just go onto the ship and either M1 or spam all your attacks. Either one works, this should come naturally.
Focus + Ult
never go against NPCs in an m1 contest they will fuck you up, especially in a group
Mhm, that’s just asking for that one scene in MKX where the Revenants curb stomp Raiden while he’s down 
M1s can work in certain situations, but most of the time the automatic response is to spam all of your attacks, which is why I didn’t know why this is an actual question.

Self explosion to wipe out the cannon goons, then just torture the captain with ult art

No but it adds up so quickly you WILL get beaten up as their m1s will never miss at close range and they don’t stop even in the air
