HOWEVER, this contradicts with some NEWLY DISCOVERED LORE FROM ATHENA’S WISDOM.

Curse Inheritance can only be passed down up to two generations, but Neviro, who is Kessler’s GREAT grandchild according to Techlevel, somehow has it. If we take every statement as currently canon, that leaves only one option for the cause of Neviro’s condition:
