they function exactly like normal npcs so it would be stupid to categorize them otherwise
did you play the game with your eyes closed, you literally beat the shit out of him, you’re stronger than him and why r u talking abt lvls and mentioning calvus when he doesn’t even have a set level that players can see
in exchange npcs have the crappiest ai known to man and if every high level npc were to be lvl 140 then the game wouldn’t be fun at all

uh i dont think you understand what kind of game this is
the level cap is there because of the story, when there is more story added the level cap gets raised. we are like 1.2 seas through the games planned 6 sea-long story, why would there NOT be a level cap right now

if there wasn’t a level cap everyone would just play savant because they could use all the stat point-locked skills at once
to be fair i think he meant more like the level cap of npcs since, especially on fs builds, high level npcs are hard to kill, however with full release the fs rework should help with this(which @mr.unusual may not have known about) will solve this
