Navigation is terrible, adding simple markers would make it so much better. Elius is extremely unfair and Spawnpoints are very messed up. What were the player testers doing all this time??

Fr, how did the testers not manage to give feedback on simple issues like the level slump, fighting style mastery, terrible sailing visibility and navigation.
I wouldn’t say it’s in an unplayable state though.
The navigation is terrible. Don’t see why our position isn’t allowed on the map. I lost a legendary treasure chart due to the terrible navigation and markers or visible islands would make exploration way more enjoyable
It’s not terrible, it just isn’t baby mode convenient, pull up the big map and use the 2 compasses you have, it takes like 3 brain cells to get anywhere you want to go if you know what you are doing
Get better at blocking, level up and upgrade your gear, i was struggling with him too until i leveled up my gear a bit
The only issue i’ve had with spawn points was being forced to respawn on Elius’ island everytime i died, other than that everything seemed fine

These are all good points (i didnt even know there was a compass woopsie) but elius is too hard for where he is in the story, i know potions havent come out yet but his healing is unfair and you have very little time to punish his attacks
Use compass and map, if you don’t know how to use those then idk play something else. I find it much more immersive than just following a custom marker

elius is hard, but he’s not impossible, and after a while he gets really easy to predict.

The spawnpoints actually helped me a lot and I didn’t need to respawn away from bosses or such, of course having to go back to an island is annoying but that’s if you have patience
Elius, yeah I do agree with him but he is easy you just have to focus and be patient to hit your shots
The Navigation? Yeah, sounds like skill issue
There are two compasses and they overall help me to get to any island I want.
Like I spawn at sailors lodge and with the help of the map I can make a quick shot to harvest island then the stepstones
i love how were the one to blame, only thing i agree with you is mastery, and testers have brought that issue ALOT of times, elius isnt hard, youre just heavily underleveled and undergeared, and navigation is easy, there is a map and compass, use those

I don’t agree with what OP is saying, but seriously. There were like 20~ testers, how did they not catch the fighting style problem? They aint even testers, they just V.I.P

the testers were approaching the testing process from the kinda gatekept gameplay style of arcane adventures instead of making it for the average roblox player, that’s basically it
(you can only place camps on wilderness islands btw, not sure if you can do it on sky wilderness islands)
