I personally think that its good that youtubers create guilds, they herd all the 9 year olds to one spot and other guilds can get less of annoying toxic brats and more of the good kind of players.

I agree with this. Most competent, mature players do not have an issue with Noble. It’s a small, salty group of people who like to pin the blame on them for everything.

TL;DR Its obviously a joke, deal with it or go play something that doesn’t make you whine.

This game is a competitive MMORPG with PvP, of course there’s going to be some toxicity. The video that you embed was obviously a joke, the “victim” had so much time to leave in between loading screens so I wouldn’t be surprised if they were spawn killing one of their own. If you don’t like toxicity then just turn your chat off or play something else that doesn’t get you in your feelings
