Only thing i would say i dislike is the removal of being able to go either hero or villain route but other that that nah AO (so far) looks like it’s about to be lit :fire: :fire: :sunglasses:

Anyways here before someone posts a 2 page long rant about AO and they get publically executed

One of my only complaints is the change from guilds to clans. It’s just a name but I would still heavily go with guilds than clans

The removal of personal banks and opting for guild banks instead. However I guess this is solved by storing money as items

i feel like clans actually fits it more as when you think of the word “guild” most people think more of an order with more land-based actions

Clans feel like a group of idiots with the same mindset that would most definitely raid other people, which is exactly what you would do in AO

I’m just a big fan, believe my whole life arcane odyssey has never been surpassed as a favorite style game.

I’m kinda upset about the removal of banks, but honestly that’s a really nitpicky take. Besides, banks weren’t exactly integral to the AO experience.

Vetex sucks at listening to what the community wants

Oh and the removal of rking for infamy. Quite genuine bs.

rking means random killing.

In terms of the infamy stuff, honestly, removing infamy from killing is going to be nice. Less bs, but pvp is still encouraged with what i’m assuming will be a territorial system. However, that’s debatable, and the main thing i’m happy about is the new way of gaining it.

I think to be completely honest it was done to differentiate between dw cause they have guilds

20%-50% size blasts(it just looks ugly but its needed for real PVP)

Honestly, I love it. It promotes a more positive outlook on clans and pvping because, well…

I guess what I’m trying to say is that most players including me would rather gain infamy through island capturing and having to defend our captured islands and/or attack other captured islands
