Is vetex REALLY removing agility?

one is a legendary tier item demanded by the entire playerbase vs the niche reagent that the average player doesn’t know even exists whose sole function is a dmg reduction build that doesn’t even work that well comp unless ur an actual block/parry demon

speaks volumes about how game design is completely overshadowed now by slop brainrot skips

okay then why do we gaf about golden apples brah? :sob: :sob: :sob: i don’t get it

the “game design”: brainlessly run around sameria for 2 hours straight spamming beam to destroy rocks praying you get coal instead of rock salt meanwhile you’re getting dirt and a deep tan because that’s an important feature and you do all this for your stupid aaaah deckhand who demands insane amounts of grindy items for no good reason

i am gonna sound so fucking annoying and on the nose and stupid right now but if we are this ok about an entire feature with its sub-features being held behind a button that divides the fanbase we should be ok with an entire stat being nuked

the thing is the stat is actually useful and used by many people constantly and has more uses than some niche crap like surviving a level 600 Atlantean or whatever

I support the removal of agility (I really want my aimbot build) but having to put together a set of armor with gems for every situation in the game is eventually going to get annoying as hell

just disable agility when both the attacker and victim get tagged, like how swimming jewels are disabled during combat currently

easy fix

if it were that easy he would’ve just done so to begin with instead of a complete stat erasure

again? it still is now

watch as pvp is STILL dogshit except now you can’t even dodge and beserker is now the meta

Okay? Why would you want to fight someone who doesn’t want to fight you?

Who cares if people run

i’m not stupid lol i know that’s not gonna happen

how? (nvm I get it now)

It’s not.
That would be Conjurer and Warlock.
(Wind Conjurer especially.)

Homing + size is not the problem, projectiles that are big will crash into terrain very easily (such as what happens when you try to use an attack on the floor). The REAL issue is fast magics with homing.

20 Large homing Metal blasts sounds bad, but they’ll expire before they hit you, or accidentally hit the floor as they target you with the center of the blast (then they clip the floor and burst); the 20 Light balls that will never miss will be a FAR greater issue.

LIghtning; Light; Shadow; Plasma; and Wind all have +1.2x speed, and they will be BRUTAL with homing. Imagine being knocked around in 20 places because every wind blast chases after you at impossible speeds; or never being able to see admist the 300 Light attacks always hitting you; or a Plasma mage hits you with ONE strong scorch application, and then you’re stuck taking 25% DoT for the rest of the battle because it keeps refreshing.

As far as I’m concerned, Accuracy needs to change into a very weak homing and become something like aim-assist/target-lock. Homing + Speed meta will be lethal and i dont wanna thinnk about it.

aim assist would be just as broken have you not fought an npc with beams before the inaccuracy change
