Everything seems fine right now, it just takes a long time to load. Also ignore the player who disappeared from spawn, absolutely nothing bad happened!
Excuse the quality, medal is somehow deteriorating every update they give on their recording software. A few months ago I was getting high fps at 1080p but now it’s choppy and low quality on any settings I set it to.
I adore the commitment to the witch bit, just being visible in your hotbar (not sure where cannon fist comes in)
side note, but the reason for this is that medal in and of itself bloats your computer’s memory, causing its own purpose to deteroriate as its allocated ram doesn’t change.
are there any good medal substitutes i could use
just use any software made for the sole purpose of recording, and if necessary, upload them to streaming websites.
I use OBS in order to record clips of varying length, here’s a good reply detailing how to set it up.

i tried using obs’s replay feature, but it had this problem where if i tabbed out of roblox to check something like discord my computer would enter hibernation mode

If it’s Medal, idk how to fix it tbh since no matter how much I tinker with the settings, nothing changes yet it continued to worsen without me ever touching it aside from updating medal itself.
