just look up package importer, theres plenty that should work well for what you need to do, mainly the one by stickmasterluke
for the assets, things like faces will need to either be recreated yourself or ripped from the game with dev console, and armor and hats will need to be retextured yourself

A stranded Atlantean that was cured by Perez and Blearrialx through complicated means. He’s tall, but looks uncorrupted as he regains the abilities of thinking and speaking, yet he’s still referring to himself in the third person. He’s aloof but has a kind heart due to being under Perez’s care! He’s a user of Tide Curse, and it’s quite ambiguous how he got his Tide Curse from Cursebeard.

The Mysterious Dragonslayer!
She’s a mysterious (as with her epithet) dragonslayer who wanders around the world. Perez theorized that she was the one who killed the dragon in Drakos Arch by herself, salvaging its corpse to make her own intimidating armor and sword!
She’s also seemed to ally with the Six Bridges, as she helps them frequently when they’re fighting against the Orders of Aesir. Perez tries to ask her about the name, but she refuses to answer his question, leaving him with a lack of information about her!
