Might need some clarification, but we’ve never seen an old Curse User, which sorta implies it’s Physical Prime as in youth.

If you’re at your strongest at say, 50, you’d be stronger in your mid twenties. It’s that simple, at least, from my perpsective.

Was going to bring up the example of Argos having the lined face texture, but the Mayor and Ezinor look baby faced. Randal is super old though, so maybe curses either have limits or physical prime is more broad than I believed.

i think curses just don’t reverse aging, only stop it once you reach your prime or are already above

To be fair, there is also the fact Durza/Acheron exists, I think they got theirs before their prime or something. Idk, I forgot the lore doc, but I imagine Curse Users below their 20’s don’t just age into adults.
