whats the best way to lvl up in wom? ive just been killing captains non stop but they stop spawning for some reason

from what i remeber in the patch notes i think its 1/4th of the killed guy’s xp bar so if u killed a 10k it would be around 250k xp but theres a 5min cooldown. you probably cant kill him anyway though, his regen is in the hundreds or thousands

it’s 1/4th of you’re own bar, and there is a cd, so only useless if you are extremely high level too
