still captains. the despawning is an old bug. not sure why he didnt fix it in knowing theyre the only source of xp later
i suppose bc like vetex said he doesnt care about the game anymore
sometimes they dont spawn at all. in any towns. it breaks so often i just gave up at 3.6k idk how he did it
