Limbus Company Gameplay Thread

My main tremor unit (don) is currently. Not in my team.

This is fine. Please send help. I barely won against the fucking horse and i know its going to get worse lel

This would be pretty cool if we had any IDs that benefited off of bleed count on self

Holy moly fuckeroly
(spoilers for the endboss? of canto 7)

She is doable. Very hard, but doable- got her down to 1200 and then she kept outhealing any damage i did and my team is not too optimised yet, so i do think i can possibly smash her face in. Ego ressources are good so far, i need to exchange r heath for potential man heath bc said is simply tankier- maybe use k corp hong lu- but god, the bleed potency is ICKY. So very icky. Hope she gets a heavy nerf bc 120+ dmg from a won clash should NOT be happening. That has nothing to do with skill, its just an unnecessary amount of difficulty lel

what fucking gameplay it’s just press Win Rate for 3 different waves

I see you have not arrived at canto 3 yet

unfortunately not the endboss and (spoilers for final boss) there is worse

i have no words to describe how amazing the end is

Just beat the canto so now I’m willing to look at potential spoilers. It’s incredible yet again.

Story is great and I love the outskirts lore, but I’m beginning to think that every canto will end with a partial resolution of the sinner’s story and lore tidbits of a bunch of other stuff. Makes me scared for what will come at the end of Inferno or in Purgatorio.

So glad I didn’t pick this up…

Definitely some frustating boss design at but I somehow managed to get past with no more than a retry or two. That event right before (second abno) Rose Hunter kinda stinks though.

Bringing tanks helps. Reading (passives) helps cause there’s usually a gimmick that you can play around to avoid massive amounts of bleed. Using chain battles has clutched up more than once. Doing math probably helps sometimes.

Also healing egos.

Spoiler on boss design

It seems like this whole dungeon is PM trying to avoid winrate spamming and curbstomping every enemy. Basically all the fights have forced damage or status effects and tanks are way more valuable. Ungabunga is nerfed because of constant phase changes and damage thresholds, but the game also gives them to you because of self fragile or defense level down. They’re kinda more like ruina fights in a way, though I haven’t played that in a long time.

About the sinner cantos: there are 100 cantos in the divine comedy overall, 33 per chapter and 1 additional one- could imagine that we get two per sinner and maybe also additional ones just for verg, charon and dant

If its a fucking windmill, i will genuennly hit something

reminder that you have evade to deal with unbreakable coins and that you have plenty of time to build up sp

ok i need a bit of help

i dont have much lunacy, 1.4k atm which will go up to 2.1k after the md (too tired to do it atm)

so should i roll for priest gregor on release, or wait for what is (most likely) the bleed rodion id on the banner after

i ask because i already have pirate or kurokumo for bleed, meanwhile rodion has no bleed id atm

The new ego is a tank and seems to be a pretty good one at that- you could wait with pulling until her kit is out and then decide?

not ego, greg*

grind mirror dungeons
dont ever roll for units unless its walpurgis
only shard for units unless its walpurgis and its the first run of their turn

no fuck that, id gamble

(i dont have bp anyway so sharding is generally shit)

This ^

Also, if you are a new player (Low lunacy is maybe a new player but same advice) then you should go for a team of strong generalist units instead of a status team. Tanks not needed, status teams are sometimes really good but incredibly expensive. Basically don’t go for priest gregor.

Despite how PM has been focusing on status teams as part of their design ethos for like a year I wouldn’t make one until a long time. Since this is a gacha game, it’ll probably take more than half to a full year as a f2p until your currency “income” is stable enough to get the core units of a team and a bit longer until you get a full team.

already have most of the core for bleed (missing egos and particularly sanguine desire, which i plan to shard next walpurgis [shoulda been this last one but i decided to shard outis and sinclair despite generally not using burn anymore]) and i was mostly just asking for opinions on which to go for because atm my bleed team is fine but i wanna change it up a bit.

also as far as md/rolls i just dont shard because without bp sharding takes far more effort than its worth generally (i can shard like, 4 ids/ego max per season)
and im generally lucky enough with rolls (ive only missed ids i want a few
times)
i KNOW sharding is more efficient and a better use of my time however i find rolling more enjoyable
