Well how long do you want this list to be? We know Warren and Wotan are prime Theos level, so Durza would be below them as well. We already have Cursebeard, Morock, Freedrock, King Cross, Theos, Warren, and Wotan. That makes seven, though I guess we could cut out Wotan if he has Vastus blood, but I’m not totally sure about that.
If you cut out wotan from the list because he might potentially be a vastus, you’d also have to cut out arthur due to his vastus blood.
Even after cutting those two from the list, Durza STILL can’t make it into the top 5

Well… We don’t really know any pure Vastus
So that’s an issue we’ll deal it when it comes up.
There’s the skeleton of a pure vastus in at least one of the underwater structures/diving points.
At least, like, 80% Vastus if not completely.

I can say most of it probably. Like if you’re talking about everything we’ve learned externally, then I can say we’ll probably be able to learn about Nero’s arrest in Skyhall as Vetex said we’d learn more about him there. That would also include more about how the GN came to be. There’s also the thing that’s causing the dark sea to not dissipate which Vetex called story spoilers so we’re figure that out in the story. I’m sure the same can go for most other things and if not in the main story than in some side stuff that exist in the world that we can go look at.
