Why would that make Sameria as America, isn’t Azura the one with real historical beef with Keraxe?
So that would make Azura, America; and Sameria something like Ukraine or Germany that Keraxe (apparently Soviet Union) is trying to take over; and that would mean Ravenna would be something even further to the West, which would in both the in-game context and the context we just constructed, make it Italy.
Ravenna being either of the 3 still makes no sense in either of the scenarios.
Ravenna acts as the mediator between the two. The three states I put were the leaders of the Non-aligned Movement, neutral countries which mostly had experienced the wonders of capitalism and also desperately wanted to avoid communism. They helped keep the balance and both powers somewhat in check.
So yes, for a cold war comparison, it makes perfect sense.

I think it was through a series of mistakes and misplacements (iirc tech wanted him to be neviro’s grandfather [two generations above] but vetex did something wrong in writing the journal in Gloam Ruins) that caused this to happen.
nah kessler was always neviros grandfather, neviro in his journal says as much

vetex wrote neviro’s journal and presumably the gloam ruins secret as well, and those 2 are fine on their own since they don’t detail any connections between each other other than kessler
the problem came when tech said that neviro’s father was farzen’s brother’s son which was impossible given what we already knew, since we also knew farzen was kessler’s nephew, so for farzen to be the uncle of kessler’s child, he would also have to be kesslers sibling

so far as i understand it, can any dragon just become more powerful and eventually a dragonlord with time? or is it the other way around where only the dragonlords are that old like how mages live longer
the way athena’s note reads seems to suggest the former, since unlike where young mages can (not all of em) be powerful, and powerful mages can live a long time, it seem to read off as if only the older dragons are powerful
and considering mythicals/dragonlords show 0 sign of aging in the slightest while human mages like theos have slowed aging due to their magic, it seems to suggest dragons are probably biologically immortal or somethin, and just keep getting bigger and stronger till it caps off at the dragonlord level
anyway, all this to say, if the dragons are left to fester in their own sea cluster for too long without anything killing them (since no humans, gods, or atlanteans), is there nothing to stop there from eventually being like hundreds dragonlords each probably comparable to the top 10-20 humans in the least
