Yeah we kinda fucked Ravenna over right before it could get it’s hand on a curse that would have brought them to about, if not the same, level they were on before the war against Thorne. Honestly feel bad for Calvus. He was so close to getting Ravenna back to a respectable state and then a bunch of randoms showed up and ruined everything lol.

yeah the death curse definitely would have made calvus one of the strongest in the war seas given enough time training it, and provided its power didnt make him insane
honestly without the main groups intervention the keraxe probably would beat sameria then march right down to ravenna pretty easily

I was about to comment on how that seems like an unnecessary lore detail, but it got me to think.
Hecate is purple, Dark Sea is purple, Insanity is purple, and Chaos isn’t.
Then I just started to wonder, why does Chaos have anything to do with magic?
Magic wasn’t forged at the creation of the universe, there’s a specific different god with domain over magic, it’s also not a detail from Greek Mythology. What is the point of Chaos being the magic guy instead of just being Chaos

Chaos is more so just a source of ANY energy, especially destructive, and magic is just a type of that energy harnessed to perform the user’s intent, which is not always destruction, so magic is not teal
