How did the AG and MC manage to take over their respective worlds? I always wondered. While the MC was backed by what was essentially a god, the AG was just a bunch of people.

AG wasn’t a bunch of people, and it was made up by the Round Table, 4 powerful wizards who decide everything that goes on in the AG, not Valencia. I suppose they recruited more and more wizards and expanded.
The PeaceKeeper is so powerful that they literally created the world by themselves

They aren’t descended from a god, just having the ability to do something like a god doesn’t make you one. A curse doesn’t make you a god either, just immortal.
well Valencia with the shockwave curse and other wizards were just powerful enough to create the AG IG
and Trigno managed to convince multiple curse (notably Averill and John Thorne, the Metal Curse User) and wizards to join him for the MC along with the PK
I mean the greek gods in the Arcane Universe were killed by people weaker than the peacekeeper, and they’ve only grown in power since killing Hades, so yes.
The PK is essentially a god, much like all of the other unknowns.

Just because they don’t bleed toxic gold doesn’t mean that they can’t overpower all of the greeks effortlessly and do everything that they can do far better.
If anything, PK is greater than the greek gods.
