my brother in christ.

you do not get to spam trapezes everywhere.

without intensity, the maximum you’d get is 3.

those 3 trapezes, can break if your enemy hits them with their attacks (I SWEAR I MENTIONED THIS SOMEWHERE)

the amount of combo potential this has, is unparalleled to anything seen before.

what doesn’t scream “skill” about this???

but you’re also incredibly wrong. if anything, they were actually helping clarify some of the points I was trying to tell you in the beginning.

Okay I like don’t have the energy rn to keep dealing with this yapper, the overwhelming majority thinks this spell is cool anyways so idk what ur complaining about lol

good night

and for the last fucking time, it is not aimbot

double tap your movement key dumbass

you can see the attack heading towards you as it travels down the trapeze line

just dropping this here since one of you can’t find it

and yeah I quoted it so it’s 100% not edited in

hard reality huh

Combat is extremely fast paced, it’ll be spammed, that’s a certitude, as soon as the mage looses a trapeze, they’ll just cast another.

quote where I’m wrong, the only place was when you clarified that it doesn’t reflect enemy attacks wich wasn’t mentionned in the original post

Wow you’re a real moron huh, so like, did you read the words “catch people in startup or endlag”

Isn’t mentionned anywhere enemy attacks aren’t reflected, OP had to point it out manually

Normally, when someone specifies this and this does that, what wasn’t mentioned probably isn’t going to do said task :man_shrugging:

ngl where are the people who suggest lost techniqes fr

r e a d

This would 100% be an ancient spell bruh this shit wild complicated
Probably like 600 magic requirement minimum

I mean

it’s really not…

you just place some funny trapezes

shoot one of them

the blast travels through the circuit

and then it goes towards the target when it’s done

that is quite literally all the spell does in a vacuum

(though you can synergize it with many more things)

it would be more simpler if it was just a magic sheild formed around the player tbh

that’s already planned as an official spell by vetex iirc + that defeats the entire purpose of the spell

well then it should be a placeable round barrier that blocks ranged from all sides

…what?

idk i just think a wall that block magic attacks would be like uhhh easy to avoid plus hiding around a wall of magic like a wimp would prolly become meta

ignoring the fact it took like over 50% of my brainpower to comprehend what you just said, this spell isn’t a defensive one. it’s a utility spell.

which is something a concerningly large amount of people don’t seem to understand

lemme just re read the entire thing again rq

anyone can easily mistake it for a sheild type spell with how you describe it

bud.

read the rest of the post.

I think you can’t read since as I said like 4 times allready, I understood what you said and had pointed out that you hadn’t explained it clearly in the main post, since :

The way this was worded made it sound so any projectile would get reflected (you said “a” projectile) but any enemy non-projectile attack (Explosion, Crash etc) would damage the barrier. You should’ve wrote the post clearer by saying “if one of your projectiel hits one of these barriers, it will either bounce …”

On top of this you had allready explained this misconception due to your poor explanation in the main post, and I had allready said that the spell was still an absolutely stupid idea but obviously since you can’t deny my argument you’re just repeating the same shit 200 times, just like the other dude practically lying about what I said.

well I’m sorry I didn’t word it very clear (which I thought I did ngl, other people seemed to understand the concept quite well), but, as final clarification, your opponent’s attacks (as in, enemy players/NPCs/people not in your party), will not reflect off of the trapezes.

I’ll probably just slide this in then Incase there’s others who don’t get that.
