if i talk about two magics i think you’re supposed to compare them in your reply, not talk about the one which “feels great to use” (does this not feel a bit TOO subjective?)

Plasma is very good, so is lightning
I didn’t say lightning was bad, they’re both VERY good
lightning is missing dots which holds it back sometimes, and where lightning has paralysis, plasma will have steam. They’re both very good and there’s a reason they’re next to each other at top of S
Also feeling good to use is very important
For example, shadow is good stat-wise but I feel like I am aim better than when I am using wind with its beam, hitting more midairs and stuff. Less visual clutter does a lot for aim.
I couldn’t aim with earth, sand, snow, or glass beam nearly as well as I can shadow, wood, or lightning beam, they just feel different to use and I feel a lot of people share this opinion (I watch people miss 2 billion snow beams but never miss wood or shadow)

The difference with Glass is that it’s glass kinda curves the vision which is some situations helps to confuse your opponent unless they are looking at you from above

nobody’s going to aim with some magic that takes up your entire screen with visuals, but a magic that’s simple and easy to see what it’s doing is very consistent in use
It’s not subjective btw, lots of people find shadow easy to use due to it’s stats and visuals

Tier lists are meant to be subjective, and this opinion I feel applies to more than just me. Many people agree with shadow being clean to use. It’s the most consistent magic, almost always dealing the same damage, speed, size, and velocity.
Like sure, the argument is subjective, but it’s not too subjective, that’s just not true
Also, don’t say I’m being agro when literally all you’re doing is saying the same thing over and over when I’m giving arguments against it
I was giving solid arguments, you have just been picking apart the parts where it’s an opinion instead of facts.
For example, I said it’s one of the best for many builds in my first reply, and you just highlight the part where I say it feels great.
You say I am supposed to compare the two magics, not glaze the former.
I reply with a comparison between plasma and lightning, including me starting with that they are very close, and analysis of differences in synergy, dots, and a section defending why visuals are important and why although fairly subjective, some magics typically feel cleaner and will perform better although having little-to-no differences in stats.
I say that although this is not why I ranked plasma above lightning, it is an important factor
In fact, I emphasize that lightning beams feel extremely clean to use before saying anything about plasma beams.
You respond once again ignoring the first 1/2 of the message, pointing out me defending that how it feels in your hands is important and comparing it to my first message, saying that your argument still applies and you haven’t changed your argument that although I gave solid reasons on why I put plasma above lightning, lightning is still better.
I’m not being too subjective, I’m saying that lightning and plasma are both typically very nice-feeling to use in many hands, and that’s why they’re so high. This is an subjective, NOT OBJECTIVE tier list, and it’s based off of what I find clean and what others I know find clean. I’m not going to host a survey on what everyone finds clean to find the one person who thinks green acid feels better than shadow and adjust my tier list accordingly, I’m going off of what the general people I know feel.
I am not only using my opinion however, as I haven’t used plasma or lightning in months. All that remains is my memory and other’s accounts. I know they feel good and I know a lot of people who use them well, so I put them high on the list.
I said something solid, you quoted it. It is based off of experience, facts, and evaluation. Not ‘or’, not ‘just’, but ‘and’. Facts are very important, and I have considered them as such. Experience also matters, I’ve used most magics and fought most magics and know which ones are clean and which are not.
I’m not trying to just say “you’re a moron” and/or “you’re wrong I’m right”, I’m trying to explain why this subjective tier list is ranked the way it is.
I genuinely don’t understand why you cannot understand that this subjective tier list might be partially based off of my experiences and my opinions. I’m trying to make it as unbiased as possible, using experience not only using it but others using it and fighting it.
Instead of saying that I’m biased, subjective, and that the tier list is inaccurate because I’m not ignoring my experience in the game, please tell me why you think lightning is better than plasma, because that might actually make me change my mind. It’s been very close but you haven’t even tried to convince me, only deflating my argument and degrading the post.
This is what I’m trying to say.
I think you’d be better off making one entirely subjective and one entirely objective list.
