Though personally I imagine her to be a bit more trim, due to working with her father in the forges. I love your interpretation and chubby Iris is adorable.
Finally someone else who realizes Morden isn’t emo, he’d just traumatized. I love the color scheme you went with for him. Making his skin a bit gray to seem more corpse like is genius.
Then Neviro out here looking like a magical girl, love it. His outfit really does look like something a prince would wear, and I could see him rocking up to Calvus in that ready to take revenge for his kingdom.
Overall fantastic redesigns, you really managed to capture the essence of these characters far better than the game can given its limitations.

That and she’s the most active character out of the entire cast. She climbs both an iceberg and an entire mountain, solos waves of soldiers, and literally carries Morden. If anything she’s probably got the biggest abs of the group 
.
