I am a member of Naxos. Understand that I am biased.
Yesterday, the recently appointed leader of the #2 guild, Archoverr, was banned from the game. This was due to a givaway he hosted four months ago.

This news came about a week after Naxos reached the #2 spot, potentially threatening Ravencrest.

The in-game rules prevent Naxos from getting a new leader, forcing the sun to set.

i see nothing in the in-game rulebook about giveaways being blackmarketing, nor can i find the word used in it at all

also i think its total bullshit that the in-game rulebook is only a summary and that you need to go offsite to find the full, convoluted-ass thing

That’s some bullshit. In no way is a giveaway black marketing - not in the in-game rules nor the rule document. If it was a PAID giveaway (you pay to enter for the chance at the items), then it would potentially classify. If it was just a normal giveaway, no way in hell - whatever mod that did that is out of their mind and should be reprimanded.

Ravencrest has far since been threatened by Naxos, last I checked they weren’t even top 5. They’d be threatening Constellia… but with the rep difference, I can’t see that happening for a bit.

I wish the best towards Naxos and I hope that both the leader gets unbanned (though that can only really happen through a mod deciding to review it, as the ban is unappealable through normal means).

It was also a robux giveaway apparently, as well. On a technicality (having a certain amount of reputation), it is black marketing. More likely that a mod looked for a way to ban the leader.

Nope, two separate guilds (only one of them lets people in lmao). Ravencrest currently sits at #10 on the LB.

i guess the argument is that, since they required 1000 reputation to be eligible, they were trading reputation for robux
