this is just bullshit dude they need to look into this and just reconsider it, im not even in the guild and i can just immediately tell the reason WHY there is a reputation requirement is so that people dont just join the guild so they can get in the giveaway to get some free robux. they are not paying people with robux to farm infamy for them they are having a requirement to JOIN the giveaway. it would be no different than hosting a giveaway and saying âyou need to be level 20 to join this giveaway!â like WHAT THE FUCK. i cannot do anything other than speak but i honestly do hope that they reconsider this nothing burger ban.
i do not like how they keep trying to stick their noses into the private discord servers of all these clans
remember that provision they added about ârecommendingâ you let a vetexâs games moderator into your server for an âinvestigationâ or whatever it was
clan rules in arcane odyssey always sucked
the only time a clan/guild should be force disbanded or banned is if they are sharing NSFW/L in the discord or if they are saying extremely degenerate things in their discord plus other things that should obviously warrant a ban. not a giveaway threshold
yet another reason that going competitive in this game is a complete waste of time and nobody should bother no matter how good they are.

Theyâre completely different guilds, Constellia is #1, Ravencrest is #10.
Guilds are barely even competitive if Iâm gonna be honest, I just have mine to grow a community who can have fun together and it just happens to be that we got on leaderboard.

I mean, it obviously is textbook black-marketing, and they probably deserve the punishment. That being said, the mod who investigated and supposedly said it was âokayâ should be disciplined in some way.
Itâs not the modsâ responsibility to read the rules for someone. People need to read the rules for themselves, especially when theyâre pretty severe rules. Ignorance of rules isnât an excuse
But the mod should not have given them the false-impression that what they were doing was acceptable. So while I think the guild leadership deserved a punishment, the mod in question needs to be held accountable for lying.

From what I can see, it was just announcing a giveaway was happening when theyâve reached a certain milestone, they arenât trading anything.
It isnât even trading services for real life currency, itâs just a give-away as many other games/communities have done before.

Thatâs because if they add a requirement using the game in any way (This case using the amount of reputation) in exchange for something outside the game actually counts as black-marketing. It would have been fine I think if they used server level roles rather than using anything in the game.
