I think its less of a “used this attack so they have to wait for a bit and use different attacks before they can use it again” sort of cooldown and more of a “cant start a new one the moment the old one ends like barrages in WoM” type cooldown

Every chart modifier is supposed to be equally valuable and fit into appropriate builds equally, or atleast that’s how I’ve always understood it.

I think out of my 1350 hours of playtime ive only gotten 5 akursius keep charts!
How have you managed to played that much??? I haven’t even played 500 in total…
The chemical reactions in my brain do their magic… The result is grinding is relaxing and almost… fun for me… Time just kinda passed
