gonna be honest I think the reason why stepstones sucks so much is because of the fact that you have to go side to side so much and that most people who complain about it did it long before you only had to do it once. If the way up is more like a single pillar and more vertical than horizontal, and it stayed as just once, then it would be far more bearable
