Vetex needs to reform his balance team. It’s pretty awful, and it’s likely because of either poor management or simply an abundance of exclusively pvpheads as you said.
Gameplay balance requires multiple different perspectives, from both casual players and dedicated ones.
No, seriously, do any of them actually test (aside from the adults who have a life) do they not have at least one metamancer who fiddles around and find broken builds or finds a loophole in a certain skill and getting it fixed? Christ i’ve seen better testers in multiple games that need balancing it’s not even that hard to find out what is stupidly effective in a game when the community already implemented an AO gear builder, sure it COULD be outdated but come on.

I actively go out of my way to sink every single PVE player. If just one were to escape my grasp, I’d be haunted by my failure every time i close my eyes, every step I take, every breath, until I were to rip the still breathing heart from their PVE demon chest.
