Okay Bro, Real Talk About the Forums

Cat maid Iris is literally fucking smoking and is not happy.
That was fucking hilarious bro.

Eh I’m just downbad and I like to make a joke out of it

its okay i forgive you

Teenagers can and will seek out 18+ stuff—most of us believe we’re more mature than what we actually are. While I do think the LGBTQ+ community has caused several problems, teenagers being horny and down bad can’t really be directly attributed to it alone.

You don’t have to :sob::pray:

it more to the internet culture in general tbh, alot of thing that would be frowned upon irl are either ignored or even encouraged on the internet

im pretty sure some guy on 4chan stole and fcked a skull from the catacomb or smt :skull:
( he stole several btw )

Well, the movement is trying to include „sexual education” on a normal school basis, you see, I am Polish so I live in a place where LGBTQ- movements are not really supported, but in some countries „sexual education” is already a thing. And it makes more and more teenagers interested in NSFW stuff.

I hope this set of arguments have not offended you, but shown this from a rightist teenager’s perspective.
Thanks

tbf i think we really need at least some basic level of sex ed

some dude got a boner back when i was in secondary school and just showed it off to a bunch of people cause he didnt know what that was :skull:

also, just saying, if you ever did something embrassing and i see it, i will remember, forever :innocent:

I absolutely agree with you, the other one being mainly the curiosity, which can turn into addiction to NSFW stuff.

We do have some degree of sex ed in the US, not as a regular class, but as a rare event. I don’t think it’s how you think it is

You may be right, i’ll do some research, but still, sexual stuff in school may attract at least some of them to get into watching 18+ stuff, my opinion, ye know.

cant really blame them, curiosity + the internet can be quite troublesome if lack self-control

Which, in all fairness, teenagers have exactly zero of.

So true!

As a teenager I can confirm your statement.

No, you haven’t.
As a resident of the United States though, we had sex ed already.

Now, PERSONALLY, some of the new material scares the hell out of me.
It does a handful of things right, but the rest is hellishly concerning.

And that is what I will leave that at.

I’ll do the same, I enjoyed our conversation.

I’ll be honest, while I do think there is some merit to that, I think any sort of introduction to sexual-related things will spark curiosity and interest in any teen, even if “the talk” comes from your parents rather than a class at school. I can’t speak for everyone, but at my school, we were taught only about puberty in the 5th grade and learned about STDs in health in middle school. That’s as far as any sort of “sex ed” went in my experience in the American public education system.

I honestly think the problem comes from the Internet, or really the accessibility of it to children, where curious kids can develop an unhealthy view of sex and the opposite gender. This is a major problem that is thankfully being more addressed from what I’ve seen, but nonetheless it’s still a major issue. And now kids are being introduced to all sorts of vileness at younger ages thanks to their parents giving them access to technology. I am veryyy nervous about the upcoming Gen Alpha.

And honestly? The Internet isn’t the only place where people are exposed to crap. Young adult literature is latent with pornographic levels of smut, most of it between two characters with an unhealthy relationship. I’ve heard countless stories of people getting into toxic relationships because their view of romance was based on Twilight or something along those lines.

To the ones who are posting weird comments about drawings featured in the art category of the forums…

PLEASE STOP.

Thank you,
