Open World PvP is a problem

anyways i didn’t know about the agility thing, but despite how much i love pvp, even if i’m getting jumped (assuming they actually fight and don’t just run), but i’m not all people, and many people don’t like being forced into it. Unfortunately i don’t think it will be getting removed in any way other than love potions

From what I’ve heard, it doesn’t fit in the lore and it negatively impacts PvP.
Also yeah, Munera is something I’d consider consensual PvP.

Whoever had the higher agility could disengage freely as compared to the lower agility player, who was also easier to hit due to less mobility. Might be wrong, I don’t PvP when I can help it.

oh that seems more of a bounty hunting thing, i was regarding munera again whoops. but in the bounty hunting thing its the only way to disengage or chase an oponent

Agility is less of a problem than attack size imo- agility has the issue of of course easier disengaging et cetera, but you do need a decent bit of skill to be able to position yourself right with it.

Now attack size… yeah ya don’t need to position you just blow shit up :tm:

whilst i still think attack size is just as big of an issue - i think maybe the agility remove being implemented was because it encourages disengagement, whilst running attack size does the opposite (token ao egoboost stat)

You know what would solve all of this?

Removing combat.
No pvp, no pve, just fishing.

ok im very lazy to reply to people individually but here’s my opinion:

ganking can be demoralising, especially if the person is an ass about it, and it can cause a person to not play the game for a while but

its temporary. you can always play the game again, you WILL always respawn again, there’s always another server to go to. it isn’t the end. that hurt you feel for that moment doesn’t justify insulting everyone who likes PvP.
