Visuals are not wholly indicative of a games gameplay, that typically falls under the artistic side of things. While visuals can add to the gameplay, they aren’t 1:1 with cosmetics, which don’t really serve any purpose.

if vetex cares abt realism so much, he should add frostbite for being in frostmill/whitesummit/on top of mount othrys for too long, as well as heat stroke for being in sameria/blasted rock/sandfall for too long too
getting set on fire should cripple you and magma should one tap you
i genuinely don’t care abt the dirt that much tbh, but there should be an option to turn it on or off, or at least to slow it down
also give more face options pretty please, and vanity weapons too
