see, I understand where you’re coming from, but like, although every magic has a counter, like as in maybe an advantage in clash or whatnot, those magics still have a fighting chance against them, for example, magma against water. magma loses to water in terms of clash, and has it’s status effect cleared, but magma also has a much higher DoT it can work with, as well as hazardous puddles that I’m pretty sure water can’t do anything about.
as for poison and wind, wind literally DEBILITATES poison entirely, by being able to clear the DoT AND clouds from poison, poison only has it’s awful, GOD AWFUL, 0.75x damage, which really isn’t hurting anyone that badly, especially tankier builds.
yea you compared gold’s pretty unimportant DoT to poison’s DoT, which is a lot more important, these 2 magics barely have anything in common and directly contradict each-other in mostly every way.
honestly it really doesn’t matter that much, i think poison needs a buff but it’s not like a wind user is unbeatable with poison, i beat a few wind users with poison
Well I mean from a non technical standpoint any magic can beat any other magic, but in that case it usually boils down to skill, though from a technical standpoint, wind is just way too harsh against poison.
It doesn’t really need a buff. It relies on a different playstyle which would result in you possessing more health than your opponent after 7 seconds pass assuming you both hit 1 blast.
