this quest was easy
then again my ship was
- at max health
- optimised for speed
- the sailboat stood no chanche against my crystal arcanium ram
or you just swim to sailors and repair your boat and then hightail it out of there

I just got the soldiers off of their boat and fought them on the plains.
guh, the only reason why it took a bit long is because my 6k hp caravel with a ram is meant for fighting not fleeing

(I got them in the frostmill → sky level gap)
