pretty sure when you use a scroll you get the spell, and if you delete it you lose it until you find another scroll of that type
im assuming you cant make the same spell again because vetex added a feature where you can move spells to different slots so you arent screwed over if you put a lost spell in the wrong slot
no, you would be able to make multiple of one spell because thats how base spells work
i mean that you dont unlock it as an option to make like base spells, im sure you could get multiple if you had multiple scrolls
