This is true, but I think Nyx being more directly descended from chaos could potentially be connected to any kind of negative embodiment of chaos like the entity. Chaos in it of itself is more of a force of nature so I wouldn’t expect it to act of its own volition. And yeah, I know this connection is largely just speculation, but it’s fun to think about this kind of stuff.

yeah that’s true i lwk forget how messed up it is sometimes cuz i just view it as smth comical and entertaining cuz a lot of greek mythology is super funny.
tho i was mostly talking about this in the context of ao ig. idk i wonder if hades and persephone according to the homeric hymn to demeter happened in ao
cuz as someone who actually mostly knows their shit it pmo when ppl say that hades and persephone is some cheesy romcom love story 
cuz it’s not in any way shape and form and people who say that are no better than the ones who say medusa is a grape victim (she is not. the roman medusa is the one who was graped also it was written by ovid so it’s more like a fanfic of mythology from what i understand cuz from what I’ve heard ovid hated women)
