Spell scrolls will likely drop from scroll chests and sealed chests, since they were said to give more items in the future;
It’ll likely be a drop chance in these, no idea what the rates should be though.

Uncommon Scroll Chest Rates:
1/30 Chance for Rare spell/ skill scroll
1/150 Chance for Lost spell/ skill scroll
1/500 Chance for Ancient spell/ skill scroll
Rare Scroll Chest Rates:
1/5 Chance for Rare spell/ skill scroll
1/30 Chance for Lost spell/ scroll
1/100 Chance for Ancient spell/ skill scroll
Sealed Chest Rates:

Then again according to vetex these sort of skills/ spells will be essential to fighting, so take these rates with a grain of salt, there could be a chance that vetex could be generous and make these much more common but this is my best guess overall
that seems fine though rare scrolls probably a bit easier to find since theyre basically tier 2 weapons
