I also hope legendary ships might give something else to you when defeated other than (presumably) a shit load of chests. I’m thinking maybe we could get things like a special sail pattern used on the ship or a special figurehead for defeating the legendary ship, maybe even special cannon types or siege weapons?

Commodore and Commander NPCs can spawn in
Honestly the slightly lower resilience does not matter due to ram, just imagine a speed brig with light ram
commanders can already spawn so watch it spawn a rear admiral
any new content is good
me personally i want some arcanium weapon drops from legendary ships

I just realized we can triple combo ram —> front cannon —> mortar
I also just realized how fast this thing will be with maxed speed and a swift light ram

Alright, the price is right, cannonballs got a boost and it’s very op, they spawn from notoriety which makes me want to jump off the stepstones but I can’t wait to get my hands on it
