mid vimir sea is like level 300-325 considering each sea takes about 125 levels
1st awakening - level 120 (end of bronze)
2nd awakening - level 250 (end of nimbus)

tldr: elysium is no longer free
(Disclaimer, Elysium is still free if hosted by testers/game mods, its just now that regular players can make their own without supervision so long as they pay a bit.
Still not as bad as dirt gathering on your character
